Geri Oliveira
Biography:
Originally from the San Francisco bay area, Geri relocated to Colorado 24 years ago. The Oliveira's moved to Boulder from Colorado Springs in 1986.
Geri and Jim, her husband of 27 years, reside on two beautiful acres in the foothills of Boulder. They love to entertain and hold an annual "bash" that accommodates upwards of 250 people! They have 3 grown children, Paula, Janel and Chris. They are proud grandparents of Taylor, Tristan, Logan and Halle. They enjoy biking, hiking, running, dancing, jet skiing and anything else outdoors.
Geri's love of the mountains makes mountain properties her specialty. She also enjoys working with first-time home buyers and people relocating to Boulder and the surrounding communities.
Prior to working with Wright Kingdom, Geri was a designated Series 7 licensed stock broker. She ran an office for a financial planner for 14 years. Geri's true love has always been real estate. She purchased her first home when she was only 17 years old!! Geri started working at Wright Kingdom in September of 2001. They say she "Hit the Road Running" as she had 3 deals under her belt the first month she was in the business. Geri has been running hard ever since and has been consistently in the top 20 with Wright Kingdom since the first year. In 2006 Geri was honored to be the Top Selling Agent for Wright Kingdom. Geri earned her CRS, Certified Residential Specialist designation in May of 2003.The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS Designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education. Every CRS designee is required to maintain membership in the National Association of Realtors® and to abide by its strict sub-header of Ethics. The training available to CRS designees includes a strong focus on technology and its applications in the real estate business. Less than 4 percent of all licensed Realtors® are Certified Residential Specialists. Geri also earned her GRI, Graduate of Realtor Institute in November of 2003. The Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) symbol is the mark of a real estate professional who has made a commitment to providing a superior level of professional services by earning the GRI designation. REALTORS® with the GRI designation are highly trained in many areas of real estate to better serve and protect their clients. The GRI program includes 90 hours of coursework on various topics such as marketing and servicing listed properties to real estate law.
